Emma Clouser is an Oregon native, a lifelong animal lover, and a member of the MCP Professional Board. Her connection to animals began early, growing up in the Pacific Northwest where time spent in nature and time spent with animals were integral parts of daily life.

Surrounded by the forests and trails of Oregon, she learned quickly that the best way to explore the world was with a dog (or two) leading the way. Since relocating to Chicago, Emma has brought that same perspective with her. While the setting has changed, animals remain a key part of her life.

Her approach to the work she does for MCP reflects what she learned as a child. She believes every animal should receive the same instinctive care and fair treatment that she practiced in her own household, where animals were and are forever present.

For Emma, a life well-lived will always be defined by the company of animals and the great outdoors.
