My work in animal welfare began as a volunteer role for a small, foster-based rescue that  quickly grew into leading the rescue full-time for the next 10 years.  

Animal welfare and rescue have become a part of my life that I could never have predicted,  and I cannot imagine myself in another industry. 

My experience continues to shape how I approach fundraising today, as I have seen  firsthand what it takes to save even just one dog, and I understand the critical role that  supporters play in making every rescue possible.  

As Development Manager at MCP Rescue & Outreach, I focus on building a community of  supporters who feel deeply connected to the mission. I specialize in donor engagement,  major gifts, and creating opportunities for people to see and experience the impact of their  support firsthand. 

I believe every rescue is the direct result of people who choose to care, who say yes, and  who want to be a part of changing lives and changing perspectives. I am honored to be a  part of the MCP team.
