This young, bright eyed little powerhouse was found tied up near Montrose Beach, left behind before finding her way to Chicago Animal Care & Control and eventually into our Pack.
She’s got places to be!
Puppy spirit. Big ambition. Endless curiosity. A whole lot of drive packed into one beautiful little body.
Hazel isn’t interested in watching life pass her by.
She wants to run toward it.
The adventures. The learning. The exploring. The friendships. The whole magnificent, messy, wonderful experience of being alive.
She’s motivated. She’s spirited.
She’s ready for humans who see that fire in her and want to help it shine.
A dog like Hazel doesn’t need her world made smaller.
She needs the right people to help her discover just how big and beautiful it can be.
She was left behind once.

Adoption fees: Dogs: $600, Bonded pairs: $900; Cats: $250, Pair: $325.
Fees include vaccinations, microchip, deworming and other vetting as needed. Our adoption process includes an application, reference check and home visit. Please note all adoption fees are final and non-refundable.
