We were drawn to MCP because they focus on the scrappy, overlooked underdogs. We knew these pups needed patience and stability, and while we could provide that, we knew we’d need a village behind us. They are hands-on and supportive—the kind of partners who pick you up the second you feel like you’re failing. You put in the work to rehabilitate and advocate for your foster, and when they finally find their forever family, it’s a beautiful heartbreak.
