Meg George is a partner at Akerman LLP, where she focuses on real estate and municipal law matters. She serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and chairs Akerman Strong, the firm’s wellness initiative.

Meg was introduced to MCP Rescue three years ago. Since then, she has fostered and adopted a dog from MCP, and provided pro bono legal services to support the organization’s work. Inspired by MCP’s unique approach and true care and concern for the animals and humans involved in the process, Meg is proud to serve in an advisory role.
