Nilla’s story began with survival. She and her siblings were abandoned in a park. The smallest of the bunch, she quietly let her brothers and sisters eat first, choosing their full bellies over her own. The runt? Maybe in size.

Never in spirit!! 

Today, Nilla has traded survival for living.

She’s a regular at daycare, where she has become everyone’s favorite social butterfly. Dogs are her people. She loves to play, loves to move, and loves being part of the action. Whether it’s a hike, a walk through the neighborhood, a trip to the park, or simply chasing friends around the yard, Nilla is happiest when she’s sharing the adventure.

When the day is done?

She transforms into the sweetest cuddle bug imaginable, happily curling up beside her favorite humans as if she’s been there forever.

Nilla is smart, affectionate, athletic, and wonderfully balanced. She has grown into a confident, happy girl who embraces life with open paws and an even bigger heart.

She’s looking for a forever family that enjoys living life together—sunny adventures, playful afternoons, quiet evenings, and a lifetime of making memories.
