This Kentucky native is thrilled she arrived just in time for summertime in Chicago!  She heard about all of the street festivals, parades and beach days, and decided to hitchhike all the way to the Windy City!  This youngster knew that she a Chicago girl at heart.
She’s already got best friends of more than one species. She loves dogs probably as much as she loves kids!  She’s enjoying every minute of living in her foster home, but would love a forever family of her own.
Being a country girl, she’s learning all of the sites and sounds of the big city. While some things can be a little scary at first, she’s quickly at ease with just a reassuring look or a friendly voice. She is such a fast learner, and so eager to please. She definitely looks to her humans, but is adapting to her new city life very quickly. She loves the outdoors, and would play fetch all day if you’d let her! 
She’s doing amazing at crate training, potty training, leash training and overall just training to be the best dog ever!  She’s very food motivated, so teaching her is a breeze. She also accepts praise just as well. She wants to be loved on and give love at all times. She’s so happy with other dogs, children, and would probably even be friends with a cat (we haven’t tested that yet, but we’re pretty sure).
This country girl with big city dreams is ready for her biggest adventure of all of finding her forever family!
