Meet Griffin

Griffin

Age: 2 years old Sex: Male Breed: Pitbull Weight: 46 pounds Good In Home With: Dogs, Kids

He was still just an adolescent when the day got quiet around him—the last pup at a daycare, the door chime stilled, the light slanting across the floor. Another rescue had left, and he was suddenly nobody’s pick‑up. He waited, heart steady, eyes hopeful. That’s his way. Even then, he kept looking for the good.

Today, the good looks like a bustling foster home where the lessons are gentle and the routines make sense. He shares his days with kids, cats, and dogs—and he’s a rock star with all of them. Canine friends are his compass; he reads the room, matches the vibe, and plays beautifully. With people, he’s sunshine in a brindle coat: an easy grin, a soft lean, a tail that taps out thank‑you notes.

He’s learning to be a gentleman in the world—how a leash means “let’s go,” how a door means “wait,” how structure is just love arranged in time. Give him a plan and he’ll give you his whole heart. He sees the glass as half full (at least), and he’ll nudge it your way so you can share.

What he wants now is simple: a forever family who appreciates a positive, outgoing, extremely loving boy; a home that keeps the days steady and the walks happy; maybe a dog buddy to swap secrets with after dinner. In return, he offers everyday joy—morning optimism, afternoon sillies, evening cuddles—and the steady reassurance that second chances can be bright and uncomplicated.

Abandoned once, but never defeated, this brindle prince has chosen joy and is ready to bring it home. Open the door. He’ll meet you there, manners improving by the minute, heart and soul already yours.
