Release: The undersigned ( Individual ) agrees to hold harmless Mission Compassion Paw, Inc. ( MCP ) pursuant to this hold harmless waiver ( Waiver ). Individual agrees to accept responsibility of volunteering around and/or exposure to MCP dogs, including but not limited to MCP foster dogs, MCP adoptable dogs and former MCP dogs ( MCP Dogs ) at Individuals own risk. The Individual agrees never to bring a claim or suit against MCP related to the Individuals interaction with MCP Dogs or MCP volunteers. This Waiver shall also be binding upon the Individual’s spouse, heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors and assigns. The Individual releases MCP and its directors, founders, employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, volunteers, successors and assigns from all liability arising from volunteering or being in contact with any MCP Dog. The Individual understands that this agreement discharges MCP and its directors, founders, employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, volunteers, successors and assigns from any liability to the Individual and Individual’s spouse, heirs executors, and assigns, with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, amputation, scarring, death, property damage or other loss that may result from any interaction with MCP Dogs or MCP volunteers. The Individual releases MCP and discharges MCP and its directors, founders, employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, volunteers, successors and assigns from any liability for the negligence or actions of MCP, including the negligence or actions of its directors, founders, employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, volunteers, successors and assigns, that may result in bodily injury, personal injury, illness, amputation, scarring, death, property damage or other loss to the Individual. The Individual agrees that MCP may use any photograph of the Individual and any MCP Dog taken by MCP or its agents or volunteers, or provided by the Individual to MCP, in promotional materials. The Individual consents to MCPs use of the Individuals likeness in such promotional materials, and specifically releases MCP from any claim arising out of MCPs use of the Individuals likeness or photographs of the Individual in such promotional materials. *
